Blake Goza
Producer

Blake grew up in Kansas City, KS, where he developed a fascination for any and all types of storytelling. He moved to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California as a National Merit Scholar and USC Presidential Scholar. There he earned a degree in Theatre, with a focus in playwriting in acting, and was a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity, the Sigma Alpha Lamda Honor Society, and was awarded the USC Hispanic Silver Scholarship. After graduating, Blake booked several acting roles in commercials, TV, and film, including a TV pilot for ABC that never saw the light of day, and a scene in a large Universal film that was left almost entirely on the cutting room floor. His mother remains extremely proud of his acting accomplishments.
While Blake’s acting career died a slow and painful death, he found a foothold in the entertainment industry working in development for Ryan Reynolds and his producing partner, Jonathon Komack Martin, where he developed such films as Buried, RIPD, The Change-Up, and the Marvel franchise, Deadpool, the highest grossing R-rated film of all time. After running development for Ryan’s deals at 20th Century Fox and Universal, Blake left to produce the indie film The Escort, starring Lyndsy Fonseca and Bruce Campbell. The film premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival and was acquired for distribution by The Orchard.
Blake returned to Ryan Reynolds’ company to run his first look television deal at Universal Cable Productions, where he sold projects to ABC, YouTube Premiere, and USA. Blake now works for The Komack Company as a producer / SVP, where he produced NFL Football Fanatic for USA / NBC Sports / The NFL Network, and recently wrapped production on the indie drama film, Josie & Jack, starring William Fichtner, Olivia DeJonge, and Alex Neustaedter.
While not working, Blake spends time hiking and camping, playing music, and chasing around his one year old son, Finn, with his wife, Alex. She is way out of his league.
